I have exactly the same issue with recorded programmes. Did someone contact you or did you have to persevere with the phone?

I've moved your "me too" post to a new thread, so all the advice in subsequent replies doesn't get confused with another user 🙂

If you are having issues with recorded and delayed TV, but live programmes are ok, then this would tend to suggest issues with your hard drive. This won't get any better, and likely could get worse, eventually resulting in the HDD failing outright.

I'd recommend you call VM on 150 (or 0345 4541111) to report your fault. That's the quickest way of getting your box replaced, which is probably what you need.

Hi nick,

I persisted in the phone and eventually got through. They sent an engineer round who replaced the box.

The engineer did say that in future to use the app as it's easier to get assistance and book an engineer
