Hi, we're having the same problem! Live TV seems ok but our recorded shows are all pixellated. Live and paused programmes seem to be fine. What are our options please?

Report your hard drive fault to VM either by phone or waiting on here.

A tech visit should be arranged and, providing you have VM home broadband, your TiVo will be swapped for a V6.

Sorry to hear of the problems with recordings and the quality, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

As japitts has already advised, this is more than likely a hard drive issue that will need either looking into or replacing via a visit from a technician. I will send you a Private Message to get some more details to arrange this, keep an eye out on the envelope in the top right when signed into the forums 🙂
