Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TIVO box looked into, I am sorry it's been causing some frustration!
Does the box show any error messages or codes when it's turned on?
Do you have any other boxes in the house? If yes, how are these performing?
I've tried to have a look at your TIVO on my side, however it seems it's switched off at the moment. Could you let me know when it's turned on please? Doesn't matter if it starts it's rebooting cycle, I just need to see the specs on my side 🙂
The box is on hopefully long enough for you to check it. There have been no error messages. When trying to watch a recorded programme it kept freezing last night as if it was going to reboot but didn’t but had to give up trying to watch anything pre-recorded.
