My tivo box keeps freezing and then crashing . Also disconnects from network frequently and frequently wont let me watch saved programmes from other rooms/boxes
Sounds a bit unwell to me.
I'd call VM and report it - possibly needs replacing. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Thanks for the help I found out that this box was wifi connected to box in different room . Ive since connected it to the WIFI booster in the same room and seems to be ok (fingers crossed )
