We have the same problem. Engineer came out and said it was not our end. There is an ongoing issue in our area that they aim to fix by 15:00…
yesterday. Now left hanging. We are paying for a service we are not getting!

Well, from the box the engineer took out to the one he replaced it with. Even if there were a way I guess it would be too late now.

When the service worked, you had 14days from a deactivation, to recover/transfer the info. But, like I said, it's not worked for a couple of years now.

Disappointingly the pixelation is back. Intermittent and not (yet) bad enough for me to go through the pain of calling Virgin but rather depressing nevertheless.
