Thanks to the question and answers on this forum I too am in need of a remote, which is now on it's way to me after using the link provided. Thank you.

Try following the steps in the video below.

Sometimes you need to try a few more codes after the first one that seems to work  to get all the keys working

If the above doesn't work then follow the instructions in the following video. The process can be lng but should work if the first one fails.

Goods evening Hayley.

First of all I'm not Anna26, which may be the answer to what I'm going to say. 

Although I've requested a replacemnet remote control one hasn't, at this moment, been received. Perhaps Anna26 has that intended for me?

Please clarify.

No, if you ordered it Wednesday it would almost certainly be caught up in the Xmas holidays, I would expect you'd get it next week, I doubt there's a post on Monday or Tuesday, so late next week

Also... Anna26 started this thread back in April, 8months ago. Graham has joined this thread with "me too" where the general rule is that it's better to start a new thread.
