I share your pain with this. I have tried calling spending now 3 hours on unanswered calls, twice I have waited over an hour to just be cut off.  Virgin fail to respond to texting service or return a text when you leave a mobile number with them. It feels like they have completely closed down all customer services. I have been trying to get them to investigate the pixelation for over a week but cannot get anyone to answer.
