First off, please excuse a little moan - rather than tack onto an existing (often resolved) thread with "me too", it's much better if you start your own post with your issue - and that saves multiple users on the same thread which can get confusing. If you have a pixellation issue, then as ever... reboot your box once to eliminate software issues. Call 0800 5610061 to check for reported area issues, and if nothing's reported - best to call in and report it.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise - and the automated system and/or a faults agent can do all the necessary checks for you. VM staff are currently taking upto a week to respond on here.
