We have no TV since early evening last night 9/6/22 Estimated fix today at noon. Come home from work, turned it on - still no tv? Estimated fix 13/6/22 at 1pm. Not good enough and I want money off my bill please? Post code CR8 1AU.

Hi Zoie, it came back a couple of hours after I sent my message thanks. Not sure if I’ve signed up to auto compensation, as I’ve not heard of that?
