i am having same issue, been going on for some time but have put up with it, i have now had enough 😡........every time i try to watch, programme starts then after 10/15 mins it shuts off, also losing internet , seems since you upgraded speed i have this problem...... when i call, all i get from india is , switch it off, switch it on and so on and so on......not good enough !.......... cant wait for contract to finish, then im off !..........previously had engineers round and all they do is swap out boxes, cables, router. works for a while then nought
Better to start a new thread than add "me too" to someone else's, it's the first time you've posted on here so let's cover the basics.
TiVo's have their own inbuilt internet separate from your home broadband - if you have problems with online functions this could be failing.
On the front-left of your TiVo are a series of green LEDs - second from left is the status heartbeat light for the onboard modem. Does it ever flash when you have problems with OnDemand?
A flashing heartbeat light is an indicator of a faulty TiVo.
If you're getting nowhere with the phone faults people, then wait here for a couple of days and a VM staff member should pickup.
They should arrange a tech visit and your TiVo will be replaced with a V6 providing you have VM home broadband.
