Checked status using this app. VM are aware of a problem in my area and hope to have it fixed by the 8th Feb. Not sure anyone from VM is monitoring this site. It would appear not.

What are the issues you're having with your OnDemand service?

The issues I’m having? It doesn’t work. I see that it might be fixed by 4pm on the 8th. I’ll wait for that.

If you are still having problems once your area fault has cleared, then there's many people on here quite able to help you (potentially) resolve any problems - but we'll need a little more detail of what's happening, any error codes etc.
