We've had the TiVo box since 2016.

What problem is it you're having?
Your "me too" post has been moved to a new thread, it's usually best to explain your problem in a new post and - if necessary - post a link to the thread you think is the same issue.
TiVo's have an in-built internet connection, and any flashing green lights on the front-left of your box would indicate a failed modem which will mean your TiVo being replaced with a V6 which uses your VM home broadband.
