Hi,
The red light has been on all the time for several weeks now although the internet and Tv are working ok
How can I report this fault ,as I have tried turning on and off etc as advised but no change

As with any service fault.. 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone (choosing the "I have a fault" option) or waiting on here a couple of days for staff to respond.
TiVo's are now replaced with V6, which run the same software but on a much better box albeit one that uses your VM home broadband rather than having an in-built net connection.
