Lots of our channels in the guide says To Be Announced. Have tried rebooting numerous times and nothing changing. Have checked network settings and all good. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Loss of a populated TV guide with "TBA" is potentially indicative of your box not having a regular connection back to VM to update your guide.
So when you say you checked network settings and "all good", what exactly did the screen report? I'm going to assume you're using a TiVo and not a V6 (and so the internet connection is inbuilt),
In the network connection screen, you're looking for 2 specific things:
1: In the top-right, does the box report connected?
2: In the top-left, it should report the last successful connection in the past 6-ish hours. What is shown, and if the last connection shows failed, what is the reason given?
Further, on the front-left of the box, do you have any flashing green lights? Specifically, the "heartbeat" light which is the third from the left.
