Problems

Oh my gosh what a nightmare. TiVo/ TVs not been working properly for about 6 wks. Some days continuesly says reboot box / can't get this Chanel. We try calling no given to be told prob and to hold. after about an hr holding get cut off🙄 But of course still paying for full package. Even when you get on to a channel the flickering drives you mad. Has anyone else had this problem please ? And how do we sort it ?

Sounds like you have a box fault to me... not sure what you mean by flickering, but if you're describing pixellation then that's a fault with your TV signal.

I sympathise with the call queues, but you are best off calling this one in. Try calling earlier in the day, or perhaps mid-afternoon - wait times do vary.
