Starting having trouble with the prime video App. opens on to main screen no problem. Whatever title you try to open takes several attempts to open. You end up with a blank black screen. Usually have to turn your box of an off again but still then doesn’t always work first time. Is this a problem for anybody else?
It’s connected through the internet via your hub. I have followed your instructions attached. Tried to load something from prime but just a black screen. Will need to switch off box or reset TIVo box before it will connect again.
