Prime Video

Starting having trouble with the prime video App. opens on to main screen no problem. Whatever title you try to open takes  several attempts to open. You end up with a blank black screen. Usually have to turn your box of an off again but still then doesn’t always work first time. Is this a problem for anybody else?

Can we please confirm if this is connected to the Hub through ethernet or WiFi? As this app is streamed using the internet.

 

Can we also please ask that you try to go through the below steps?

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

It’s connected through the internet via your hub. I have followed your instructions attached. Tried to load something from prime but just a black screen. Will need to switch off box or reset TIVo box before it will connect again.

Is it possible to use the ethernet that would have come with your Hub set up to connect this through an ethernet connection?

Do you mean the TiVo or the V6 box?

Prime Video is a V6 only app. It shouldn't be accessible on the older TiVo boxes.
