Sorry that you seem to be having some issues with your box at the moment - not what we like to hear.
I'd had a quick look at your account and we can see that you have 2 boxes - are you having the same issue on both boxes? Currently we're not able to connect to one of them and the other is showing fine with no errors reported.
When the box(es) it switch(es) off - does it reboot itself and is all working ok once it's back on again?
Do you leave your box(es) switched on over night and when you leave home?
