Poor service

Basically I Have a pregnant girlfriend at home and we need an internet connection so she can email me to make sure she is ok when I’m at work I always pay my bill on the 28th of every month yes this is late but I always pay I need my internet connected ASAP or I will be leaving due to the current Covid I thought a company like virgin would be more understanding. But obviously not can someone help

You can change the date of your payment to the 28th of the month, one bill would be slightly higher as it would have extra days on it.
