Poor service- don’t care!

After many years of paying far too much I’m totally fed up with this company and would advise people to not use them.

my remote has stopped working. Despite them saying on their site that they will replace a faulty remote free of charge, it’s lies. They charge you £10 or they send you a used one for free that they say may not work. 13073724-60B1-4CF8-A03B-E18B724BA7F0.jpeg

How do I raise a formal complaint? Does anyone know how to get in touch with their ‘customer care’ people ? I can’t log in so can’t make contact with them and phoning 150 is a waste of time. You just go round and round in circles.
