Poor picture

I have two boxes , oldest box giving poor picture (pixel poor) small squares all over screen then looks like paint running, have swooped boxes, fault follows old box 

I called last night, waited on phone for an hour, call was ended by Virgin without a conversation

I'd suggest you call back and persist with waiting.

Response times from forum staff are currently upto a week on here.
