Moved from sky to virgin but finding the picture quality poor - very pixelated! Have to keep watching programmes through catch up service as recordings such poor quality ... wishing I’d stuck with sky!!
Yep. As with all posts reporting bad pixellation and picture breakup, and assuming you've tried a box reboot yourself, that's a good indicator of a fault somewhere. Assume it's local to you and therefore VM don't know about it - call in, report a fault and (almost certainly) have an engineer attend to check your kit over.
C/S agent may try various resets and "call back if it persists", chances are that will just delay the inevitable.
