TiVo box, keeps pixellation making it very hard to watch some programmes whether live or recorded. Tried to phone VM with no success, how do you get this sorted?
Pixellation tends to be caused by TV signal faults.
1: Reboot your box as a precaution
2: Check on 0800 5610061 for local area faults
3: Be patient & persistent with calling faults on 150. Wait times do vary during the day.

did phone up and automatic restart of box after i did earlier in the week. phoned again and on hold-= for a while, not good pr. This not the first time but settled down but was hopeless watching a recorded programme last night
Managed to get through to a person and now getting a new box sent to me...I hope once sorted how to do it.
Resolved now as I have been sent a new box which has cleared up the problems.
