Pixellation on most channels

When watching most channels on my TiVo box the picture is so bad I have to channel hop until I actually find a channel to watch.  Called Virgin and held on for full hour and they hung up on me, messaged them as well 6 hours ago despite a 4 hour response/  Paying for a service I cannot use and the customer service is non existant

Assuming you've restarted your box once, this sounds like you have a signal fault which needs fixing.

You can try checking for known faults on 0800 5610061, but otherwise I can only suggest calling back and waiting. As regards the text message service, where have you seen about a 4 hour response?
