We've been having pixellation issues with our tivo box for months. When I renewed I was told customers were being advised to upgrade to the latest box and that one would be sent out which didn't happen but obviously can't chase that up now as it's hardly a priority and I don't want to tie up available phone lines for people with bigger issues.
I've tried the online fault test and it suggests that the box isn't plugged in, I've checked all of the connections and they are all tight and stable. I've undone them and reseated them in case that was the issue but it hasn't made any difference. I've tried restarting the box and that's not solved it either.
Can't really think of what else to try unless someone has any suggestions?
