Pixellation and sound distortion

for weeks now have had ongoing issues with distortion on picture pixellation and sound - most channels affected, varying times of day/evening. 

Area 11.  

A few status checks each indicate no current issues. 

3 times have called and twice waited nearly 1 hour then was disconnected. very poor service Virgin Media! 

please respond and send engineer to fully check these issues.  am seriously considering cancelling as this is going on unacceptably long now.
