Pixellation Issue

I have pixellation on some channels and on some recordings on both of my TiVo boxes.  I have checked cables and done a reset (as suggested/led by the automated phone service)  After reading similar threads on here it seems like I may need an engineer visit, but would love to get some guidance.   Thanks

If you've restarted your box once and pixellation persists, it's often the symptom of a TV signal issue. That could be a box fault or cabling issue, yes you are best reporting this to VM.

Pretty much, yes!

150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
