Pixellating TV picture - how to arrange for investigation

TV picture pixellating.  Suspect dodgy cable, either internal co-axial or external cable.  But how can I arrange for an engineer to investigate?

No actual contact details to report fault online.

You should call Virgin Media faults.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
