Pixellated HD Channels

Hi

I've been experiencing pixellated HD channels for several weeks, the number of channels is slowly increasing in number and recordings of those chanels are unwatchable.

I also have a V6 box and this isn't affected only the Tivo.

I have checked the status and rebooted the box and it hasn't fixed the issue.

Could the Virgin MEdia team have a look please?

Thanks

Either a signal fault or box-fault.

Either the box is faulty, or you have a problem with your internal cabling. Try swapping the boxes around - if the fault follows the move, the box is faulty. If the fault stays, you have a cabling issue.

Once you know which, then VM are excellently placed to rectify.

Re: Pixellated HD Channels

Have you tried swapping your 2 boxes around as I suggested on Monday?

VM staff should respond once this thread becomes a couple of days without any further response. If necessary, once you've established whether the problem follows the box swap or remains with the room cabling, we can push the post further up their queue for a quicker (than otherwise) response.
