My TiVo box continually pixelates this has been happening for weeks, even though I reboot the box. This is becoming a very poor service.

If pixellation on live TV channels persists after a box reboot, then you have a service fault and should report it,.
Check on 0800 5610061 that there's not any known issues first, but if this has been happening a while, it may well be that you're the only customer affected by whatever is causing your issues.
Faults-C/S will need to either arrange an engineer visit or replacement box.
