Pixelation

Hi. I have established that it is not my tv causing pixelation problems it is my tivo box. My problem is I can get to talk to anyone at virgin to either order a new box or to book engineer. I cant even call them to cancel account. Help anyone please.  Tv virtually unwatchable with picture being so bad

Sorry to say, but this forum isn't a substitte for calling VM Faults to report TV service issues

Check first... 1: Are there any reported area faults - 0800 5610061 will tell you. 2: Have you restarted your box to eliminate software issues?

If so, I'm afraid you are best persisting with calling 150. Unfortunately - whether it's to give cancellation notice (assuming you are outside your minimum term) or to report your fault, the answer is the same.

Still having pixelation issues on virgin box after 2 months trying ro get hold of someone
