Pixelation

Having problems with pixelation on all channels.  Have checked all the cables. Do I need an engineer to come out?

Reboot your box once to make sure, but if pixellation persists, then you certainly need to report the fault, yes. VM can determine whether your box is faulty (and can be replaced) or if an engineer is needed to diagnose further.
