Pixelation

tv is pixelating, have tried over the last three weeks to resolve but is getting worse. please help. you diagnostics identify a problem

Pixellation and picture breakup, assuming you've restarted your box once, is indicative of a fault that results in poor TV signal. What have you done to try to resolve this - have you called Virgin TV Faults (150 or 0345 4541111) to report your fault?

They can run diagnostics over the phone that can ID whether a replacement box, or an engineer visit is the next step.
