Whenever I watch tv through my virgin media TiVo box the picture is badly distorted - so bad to the point where I have to give up. I’ve reported this several times over the past year and each time get fobbed off with someone saying they have fixed my problem from afar. My TiVo box is about 6 years old - does it need replacing. Fed up of paying for a second rate service.
I can’t bear to go through the call centre - just takes too long - any ideas?
