Pixelation in last few days

We had a electricity power cut 2 days ago and since we have been getting pixelation on some channels - Dave and Yesterday are 2. Have rebooted the box several times with no improvement?

Is anyone else having this issue?

If there is a known fault in your area, it'll be listed on 0800 510061

If nothing's reported, assume that Virgin don't know about your fault, and report it.
