Pixelating even after new TiVo box sent

What is pixellating? I presume live TV channels, but can you confirm?
Have you tried restarting your box and checking for known area faults - 0800 5610061?
If both of these have drawn a blank and your problem is on live TV, then either you've been unlucky with a faulty replacement box - or there's another fault which VM will need to investigate.
You can report that by the usual means - 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, or waiting around here for staff to respond.

Sorry to hear of the picture issues, can you please shed some light on this for us?
The questions from @japitts would be a good starting point. Does this happen on any particular channels or services?
Are you connecting the set top box via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable?
