My TV has been pixelating for some time, both live TV and playback. I have tried rebooting the system on a few occasions, I've taken off all of the cables and reconnected them, but it is just getting gradually worse. Now it is getting difficult to watch for any length of time.
Call 0800 5610061 to check there's no known area faults, I doubt there will be but best check anyway.
Then, call Virgin Media to report your fault. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". You're likely to need either an engineer visit or replacement box.
