Pixalating picture

The picture has been dreadful for weeks! Every weekend for the last month I have tried to get help. I have done everything suggested, which seems to make a difference for a few minutes , sometimes as long as an hour. Have tried ringing the help line but to no avail, left a message to get called back two weeks ago and still nothing. Feel like throwing virgin out.

Re: Pixalating picture

When you call TV Faults (which is the correct way to report this fault), follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Then the IVR will make a few attempts to "bait" you away from queuing by offering you links, self-service options and "receive a text message".

I would suggest you ignore these messages, don't press any buttons and wait on the line to queue for a faults agent who (assuming you have already restarted your box), should arrange either an engineer visit or replacement box.
