This keeps happening I have phoned virgin 3times now and each time they sort it but only for a short time . They have now passed me onto the 2nd line team , there doing something and have said to give it 48hours, so we’ll see.
Hi all I’m getting fed up with keeping on ringing virgin about my tivo box pixilation and them keep telling me it needs turning off because it’s over heated or some nonsense like that! I wouldn’t mind but most nights unless we are recording it’s turned off and then problem is if the say it could be over heating how can I leave it on to record? Just seems like they don’t want to send anyone out to fix this
It’s been a while sine I first raised this and it still happens, as mentioned before we have a non HD TV. Which means we cannot have up to date TiVo box but have to pay the same as if we have, on top of this after doing a survey about all the services I have, I received an email saying Virgin would like to upgrade my wi fi router for a new Hub 3 use this link to find out more, when using the link it’s not a current link and the email came from a no reply sitbso I cannot get back to them.
Hi normally pixelation indicates a signal level issue that requires an engineer to come and ajust the levels between the street cabinet and your box, i think you should be firm but polite that is what's probably needed. Regards Micky
