Picture very dark

We have had a TiVo box for years but this morning the picture is very dark - both on live tv and recordings. I can’t find anywhere on Help/Settings that will let me increase the brightness. Any suggestions?

Brightness is usually an option on your TV settings. There's nothing on the TiVo to alter this.

Can I ask regarding this, is it only our box that has a dark picture?

Also has adjusting the brightness on your TV helped?

Hi It is sorted thanks. It was the control settings on the tv!
