Picture quality

I have a pixelated picture quality on old TiVo box.  I have followed all the guidelines and no luck and now going round in circles any ideas how to speak to a human?

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service".

After this, the IVR will make a few attempts to encourage you to not queue. Press something for a link, press something else for a text message, quote your inside leg measurement to go self-serve....

Ignore the lot, don't press anything. Queue for a faults agent. Assuming you've rebooted your box once, then you will need either an engineer visit or replacement box.
