After this, the IVR will make a few attempts to encourage you to not queue. Press something for a link, press something else for a text message, quote your inside leg measurement to go self-serve....
Ignore the lot, don't press anything. Queue for a faults agent. Assuming you've rebooted your box once, then you will need either an engineer visit or replacement box.
