Picture distortion

Picture is distorted and freezes . Rang Virgin and they ran test and rebooted system . OK for a bit then same thing happened again . The picture distortion and freezing slowly gets worse

Pixellation is a symptom of poor TV signal, a single reboot is always a good idea to prove no box software issues, but if symptoms persist then the underlying fault needs fixing. Whether that's a box-swap, or an engineer visit to check your cabling & connections, is for VM to determine.

Thanks japitts Virgin engineer came out and replaced box and wired in a mains powered splitter which has solved the problem
