Picture is pixelating/distorted on some channels and not others. Not sure how long this has been going on, as have been away for a few days, but it is both boxes. I have a letter stating O/L maintenance taking place in oue are 22/10 and on-line it says there is a TV issue which will be fixed by 20/10. Support just want to send me a new box!
Q1 Does it really take a week to fix an issue impacting a whole area?
