The picture is breaking up on all Sky channels on both TiVo V6 boxes which leads me to believe it’s the connection into the house. We’ve restarted both boxes, disconnected and reconnected all cables and leads just to make sure and it hasn’t resolved the issue. how do we arrange for an engineer to visit and check the cables leading into the house?
I’ve tried 150 from the phone and Virgin completed a test and said there was a fault. I logged on to virgin media as instructed but at no point did it let me talk to a member of staff. Beginning to think I’d be better of cancelling.
