I’ve had a problem for the past couple of weeks with a couple of HD channels that are unwatchable due to pixelation. This isn’t all HD channels, just a couple of them specifically 111 and 169 that I’ve noticed. 111SD is fine (169 doesn’t have SD version)
I’ve tried restarting the box a few times, removing and replacing HDMI and white cable as per advice on VM site but no luck. I’ve also tried running a test but it fails half way through .
can anyone help without me having to bother customer services at this busy time?
Can it be fixed remotely or am I going to need an engineer?
