Picture break up but system check ok

For the last week i've been getting picture break up on all HD channels, dragging blocks etc but the system test says theres no issue.

Thought it may be a 1 off thing for a day or so but its now been a week, on live tv + recordings.

Tried the usual unplug etc, still the same.

Presumably you've called Virgin to report your fault, what did they say?

If you've not called in, that's your first step. Assume they don't know you have a problem and therefore can't fix it.

I am really sorry you're having issues with your HD channels.  Can I ask if you've successfully contacted our faults team since you posted?  Also when you did a system test, did you login to test your own connection to your property?  If you have done all this and you've not been able to contact our faults team, please do keep me posted.
