Spoke to a Techo Friday as the wifi has also been up and down
Is anything showing on the status page for your area? And are any particular channels affected?
In the absence of multiple posts on here (that would suggest an area issue), I'd suggest you report what could well be a network fault in your area. 150 or 0345 4541111.
As regards your WiFi, I'd suggest posting in the broadband forum if you're sure it's your actual broadband and not just the WiFi. The regulars in that board can advise further.
It's quite possible that a fault somewhere in your external cabling could be affecting both services. For TV, further diagnosis is to ID if any particular channels are affected.

No nothing on the status page. The outside wire could be a problem as its laying on top of the ground. I'll try 150 again.
