Pausing SKY & BT Sports

I found out last week why my pause action request was not happening. For some unknown reason my house number/name/road had been "screwed-up" somewhere in the system. It's strange how my monthly payments to VM don't go the same way and disappear into that big black system hole. Oh wait, they do...…..

Your response is very much appreciated and for this I thank you. A  follow-up input is confirmation of the back dating of the action request to the initial lockdown period. In response to VM's letter I was advised to txt them, this I did but as yet to receive a response to my txt. 

Once again thank you for your confirmation input.
