To contact them for free, dial 150 from your Virgin Media Phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and choose option 1, Confirm your details, then option 4 and then option 5. This will put you through to our cancellation team and they can process your request.
Thanks, I’ve cancelled my contract today anyway after being lied to by Virgin regarding my billing and refusal to alter my email to correct one so that I can see my bill breakdown. Call centre lady was happy to renew my contract but not able to correct my email. 11 years been with Virgin and 2 SIM deals and get fobbed off! Unbelievable!!!
I am sorry to understand that you have now decided to leave us - there should be no reason as to why we cannot assist you with changing your ebilling email; in fact, you can do this yourself via your online account.
