Outside cable

Had the virgin cable team install cable from end of drive into the house. The cable has not been secured correctly and now is sticking out of ground causing trip hazard. Who do I contact to rectify this?

Hi presumably when the 2nd install team arrive they will fix it to the wall and then pass a cable into your property. Regards Micky

It was the second team! Have made two complaints and they said they’d send someone but no one ever came!!

Hi so your services are up and running, its just the dangerous cable that's the issue, hopefully a virgin person will pick up on this on here but it may take 4 or 5 days as the threads are dealt with in rotation, or have another go at phoning 8am when they open is easier to get through and it should be a UK call centre. Hi again 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route, the system will initially run an automated test then tell you everything is working, hang up and redial it will recognise you have called and put you in a queue for a person, hope you have success.
