I have no tv there is a blinking orange light. It first goes onto the welcome screen then the screen goes black with a symbol of a box with an arrow above it. I have internet and wifi and have tried resetting it and checked all connections. I'd love to actually get through to a human at virgin but after being on hold for over an hour 3 times now I have had no luck. Very dissapointed as I havent had tv for 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
No I still have no tv. It has been about 6 weeks now. Cant get through to anyone on the phone line and havent heard back from my email complaint. Pretty upset with the lack of customer service considering I'm paying £60 a month for tv and internet. Please can you help sort this with either a new tv box or a technician call out asap.

As I havent had a working tv due to the virgin customer service I feel I am due compensation also adding that I have had to pay per minute to be on hold for 4 consecutive hours. I've had zero tv for over a month so how can this be rectified. I will be looking at different internet/tv providers in the future if I'm not satisfied with this.
